Just to clarify something about the Field Setup, on each mountain, are all three baskets secured using zip ties or are only the lower two secured? Thank you.

Will teams be allowed to take snapshots of illuminated beacons on the actual competition game fields, either before competitions begin, or between games, if judges decide that there is sufficient time before the next game? (I'm assuming that either snapshots or very short videos are all that teams will need, in order to process and store the recognition data that their robots will need in files written in the phone's file storage.)

For Res-Q, do we need a BOM at inspection and in the notebook?

          Thanks,

We would like to add LEDs to our goggles similar to this: https://learn.adafruit.com/led-eye-prosthetic-tutorial

Rule <T12> says "Tinted lenses are allowed as long as Event personnel can see the Volunteers, spectators, or Team member’s eyes through the safety glasses." These are not tinted, the wearer can see fine, and event personnel would still be able to see the team member's eyes. We would have yellow LEDs, so they would not be as bright as those in the video.

Our team faced a situation in one of the league qualifying tournaments in Florida. Our robot (and a few other robots) struggled to climb up the ramp on one of the Red Ramps in the tournament field. They had no problem when climbing the blue ramps AND no problem climbing any of the ramps in the practice field. Our robot had no climbing problems in the previous tournament or on our own field.

The red ramps in question "appeared" to be more shiny than the other ramps. The question I have is, "Are both sides of the ramp panels of the same friction/surface quality?". I was wondering of there is a difference between the two sides of the ramp panels. I have not seen any posts on this topic so I am looking for any possible guidance/troubleshooting advice.

Our team is using the Actobotics 4.9 inch wheels. Thank you for your input.
