Was reading the "Welcome to the FTC App Inventor Download Page" (https://frc-events.firstinspires.org...ages/2016/beta) to learn how to install App-Inventor on my Windows machine. When I clicked on "APP INVENTOR WINDOWS" the file that downloads is named "LocalAppInventor_win.ova". Windows won't open it - Shouldn't it be an ".exe" file?

No, it should be an OVA. It is designed to be run as a virtual machine--VirtualBox will gladly import an OVA.

Thank you, I got the VirtualBox installation software (exe file) confused with Appliance File (ova file) that needed to be imported.
