  • Removing Old OpMode from controller

    How does one remove/delete an OpMod that has been uploaded to the controller from Android Studio. I have a number of test OpMods uploaded/registered that need to be deleted

    If you added the OpMode from Android Studio, the only way to remove it would be to go into your AS project and either remove the registration annotation from those OpModes, or delete them. Then re-deploy the project to the phone.

          Hi Jeff-f,

          If you want to disable an op mode that is in your Android Studio project, you can use the @Disabled annotation to disable the op mode:

          Code:
          @TeleOp(name="Basic: Linear OpMode", group="Linear Opmode")
          @Disabled
          public class BasicOpMode_Linear extends LinearOpMode {
          In the code sample above, the "@TeleOp" line registers this op mode with the name "Basic: Linear OpMode" in a group called "Linear Opmode". The "@Disabled" line disables this op mode so it will not appear in the list of available op modes on your Driver Station.

          If you want to re-enable the op mode, you can comment out the "@Disabled" line to restore the op mode:

          Code:
          @TeleOp(name="Basic: Linear OpMode", group="Linear Opmode")
          // @Disabled
          public class BasicOpMode_Linear extends LinearOpMode {
          I hope this helps.

          Tom
