  • DogeCV not stopping nicely

I have an antonymous OP mode. All is fine until it is done. I tell it to stop and it looks like it does but the robot control crashes on the phone. It even does this for me when running the sample teleop app provided called VuforiaPhoneTesting.

    Any ideas? Only stuff in the log has to do with this dalvikvm: Unable to resolve superclass of Lcom/vuforia/ar/pl/Camera2_Preview$1;

    Thanks
    Larry

    Hi.

What exactly do you mean by "Crashing the phone?" What error/status messages are shown?

Your post is confusing. The title says DodgeCV, but you talk about VuforiaPhone testing.

I doubt you are see exactly the same errors for these two opmodes.

When you used the Vuforia app, did you replace the dummy Vuforia Key with your own one? If not, it will give you a "failed to initialize" error.

Seeing your code would help. Use the advanced (A) option on this forum page, cut paste from Android Studio, and then mark as code.

I believe OP is referring to this routine:

Hi rbrott Thanks for the code reference.

          I'd still like to know:
          1) if they have inserted a good vuforia key,
          2) hat the specific messages are reported when it "crashes".
          3) And also, does it only do this when you hit "stop".

yes I have a good license key
I did not get the message from the log when it crashed.
yes it was only when I hit stop.

I upgraded to the newest version of DogeCV and all was good.
