    After the hardwaremap.dcMotor.get lines in your program put in
    myMotorNameInMyProgram.setMode(DcMotor.RunMode.RUN _USING_ENCODER);
    for each motor. Now when you use setPower() you're sending the speed you want the motor to run at rather than a power setting. You still use the same -1 to 1 range.

    Using RUN_USING_ENCODERS

    Our team needs to run two motors at the same speed, and if I remember correctly the way to do this is with run_using_encoders, however my team has no experience using this and I couldnt find any documentation for it. Are there any mode specific things to know about run_using_encoders or is it the same as run_without_encoders?
