Would you mind sharing your methodology for using AS to edit/xfer/versioning while using OnBot Java? How do you get the code into/out of the OnBot Java to then get INTO AS for version control/etc.?

Do you have multiple students on the programming team? How do you manage which one's edits "win" for deploying to the OnBot Java?
