            A: Rubber and latex sheet are an allowable raw material. Fabrics, including elastic fabrics, are also an allowable raw material.

              If we purchase a servo from HiTechnic, is it within the rules to also get servo mounts that are made in various shapes, or would these be considered preformed and COTS?
