  • STL Files in Creo

    Hello,

Using tinker cad, our team edited some Vex Mecanum Wheel adapters for Tetrix and made them for actobotics. We were successfully able to print them but when putting them into creo, they would show up as a completely messed up part. We found that this was because STL files are mesh files and prt files are not so we used 123d to convert the files into solid files. While this worked, it left a bunch of lines in our part making it impossible to restrain the part to the vex mecanum wheel. Could someone please help us out?

    Thank you,
    Ishaan

I edited this part. I changed the hub holes to those of the actobotics pattern. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:534346/#files

Ah, ok. I thought it may have been another one on thingiverse from a buddy of mine, and I could have gotten the actual file. Sorry I'm not sure how to get the STL to work.

Do you know which one he created. Maybe if I get that one, I could easily edit that one in creo and use it.
