  • Field: Flag Assembly

    Hey all, we've been constructing our practice field and we just put together the flag assembly. I don't know whether we bought the wrong fittings, but there's quite a bit of looseness between the outside of PVC axle and the inside of the + fitting that joins the vertical "flagpole" to the crank. Has anyone else encountered this issue, or did we just mess up? In fact, if this is indeed correct, it might be a stroke of luck, since this slop permits our current design to raise the flag from a range of directions. But we need to find out whether this is correct before we can finalize the height of the flag twister.

      It should happen for everyone. The parts are designed to be fairly loose.

          Yeah, there was a recent Q&A post confirming that when drooping, the center of the crank is where to take the critical measurement.
