Can I use two MR color sensors?

I'm working with at team using Blocks Programming.

They are comfortable programming, and using many sensors.

They are having issues using two MR color sensors.

They have configured the sensors with addresses 0x5C and 0x6C

They have included the blocks to set the sensor addresses.

But.. They only seem to be able to read from one sensor (5C).
The 5C sensor returns values, the other sensor returns all zeros.

They can plug them both into the DIM connected to the Core Device Discovery Tool and see them at both of the configured addresses.

Many debugging options have been tried (changing cables, installing one or both sensors etc) but to no avail.
There are no other I2C devices.

Are there any restrictions on reading more than one sensor.

Can you share a picture of the blocks, including the blocks where they are configuring the addresses?

Unfortunately I did not get one.

Next chance I meet with them I will try.
I'll also recommend they upgrade revs.

What do you mean by upgrade revs?
