ZTE Speed usb drivers?

Anyone had any success installing the usb drivers
for the ZTE Speed device?

I was following the instructions here

https://developer.android.com/tools/extras/oem-usb.html

And after downloading the files from ZTE, running the installer and
navigating to the directory they were installed in, the driver update
continues to fail claiming it can't find any driver files.

I just accumulated the information from several posts here, and created a short video showing how to setup your ZTE Speed phone from scratch.

If you want to re-do your setup, you can simply use the "Backup & Reset" option under "Settings" to wipe all the Phone's data and start again.
